For our May microbatch bar, we wanted to make a bar inspired by one of our favorite superfoods: QUINOA! Crisp, crunchy quinoa puffs mixed into our award winning Vanilla Milk chocolate featuring Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 whole milk, and finished with a touch of sea salt, resulting in an irresistible crunchy, creamy snack bar you won’t soon put down.

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.

 

Ingredients: CACAO*, CANE SUGAR*, a2/a2 whole milk powder, cocoa butter*, quinoa, vanilla bean*, sea salt (*ORGANIC)

Contains Milk. Processed in a facility that also uses wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
